Infrastructure

The Board of Trustees of Chippewa Hills Homeowners Association has appointed an
Infrastructure Committee with the responsibility to maintain of all Association property
including but not limited to:

Streets
Culverts
Sidewalks
Storm sewer mains
Common Area retaining walls and any associated drains
Retention basin/pond
Scenic easement property (except landscaping on same shall be the responsibility of the
Landscaping Committee)
Paths to High School and pond.
